Turnaround Time:
We ship out orders within 10 business days of payment.  For custom name products the turnaround time is longer, as we have to design your name template, order the fabric, wait for the fabric to come in, then make your items before shipping.  The approximate turnaround time on these custom name items is 4 weeks from payment to ship out date.  If you need your order faster than these dates please contact us and we may be able to arrange to get it done quicker, depending on the order, for a rush order fee.

Returns/Exchanges:

Due to most of our items being custom made or limited stock, no refunds or exchanges can be made, unless an error has been made on our part, in which case we will happily refund your money, or offer store credit, or an exchange, when possible.  We do not refund or exchange for incorrect sizing or change of mind.  If you accidentally create a duplicate order, please contact us immediately at info.trendybubs@gmail.com.
