Store Policies

Please check all details of your order (including mailing address, sizes, items chosen, and colors/prints) carefully before finalizing your purchase.  Refer to our size guide for all measurements for each size. Once the order has been processed in our system it cannot be changed.

Turnaround Time:
We ship out orders within 10 business days of payment.  If you need your order faster than these dates please contact us and we may be able to arrange to get it done quicker, depending on the order, for a rush order fee.


Due to most of our items being custom made or limited stock, no refunds or exchanges can be guaranteed, unless an error has been made on our part, in which case we will happily refund your money, or offer store credit, or an exchange, when possible.  Please email us if you have an issue with the product you ordered and we will do our best to work with you to resolve the situation.  If you accidentally create a duplicate order, please contact us immediately at

Care Instructions:

Organic cottons, lace, or delicate fabrics – please be aware that organic cottons fade much more easily than regular cottons.  We recommend cold water hand washing organic cottons, lace & delicate fabrics, and laying them flat to dry.  Do not tumble dry.

Blankets & minky fabrics – our blankets are more delicate than our jersey cotton clothing items so should be handled with care.  We highly recommend hand washing, or washing on a gentle cycle alone in the washer (without other items), and then laying flat or hanging on a clothes line to dry.  Tumble drying may ruin or shrink them.

Regular cotton – We recommend cold water washing on a gentle cycle and laying flat to dry. Tumble drying may cause shrinkage.


Orders ship within 10 business days of the order date, through the United States Postal Service. 

Domestic shipping is $5 per order.

International shipping is $12 per order. 

Once shipped, a tracking number through USPS will be emailed to you.  Please note we cannot control when USPS chooses to update tracking information online, nor can we see anything more than what you can see using the tracking number provided.  We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.  If there are any problems with your order after it has been shipped please contact USPS in your local area, providing them with the tracking number, to resolve your shipping issues.


Trendy Bubs will not share any of your personal information, or contact details, collected from your orders on our website, with any other company, or person.  We may occasionally send you, via email, information about Trendy Bubs upcoming sales, promotions, or new products,; but these emails will be directly related to Trendy Bubs only.
